We purchased an outdoor shower unit from AquaSafety and when it arrived, we found we had made a mistake on ordering and not included the frost protection element. I spoke to Nadine from AquaSafety who dealt with my query quickly and was actually able to resolve the issue for me with help from the team. We returned the unit and within 48hrs, the problem had been sorted and the unit was ready for collection.
